Academic success is strongly correlated with life long success. Life coaches assist residents in establishing academic goals and then monitor the resident’s progress. All students will have goals for school success. These may be related to the traditional academic program at Logan River Academy in the form of grades, class participation or completing assignment. Academic goals may also be set outside the school day. These might include reading a specific book or researching an assigned topic.

Each school day residents will make the ten minute van ride to participate in the academic program at Logan River Academy. Logan River Academy is accredited by Northwest Associations of School and the states of Utah and California. Teacher directed classes prepare students for the rigors of formal education after Tavasi. Life coaches provide updates to parents on academic progress. Private passwords provide parents access to the grades and updates posted on the LRA website every two weeks.
